Our Fees

Our mediation fees are as follows;

• Assessment meeting – £150 plus VAT (£180)

• Joint sessions (up to 1 ½ hours) if privately paying – £250 plus VAT (£300), per person, per session for children only issues and £300 plus VAT (£360) for financial issues and all issues, again per person, per session.
  The above costs includes the preparation of an Interim Mediation Summary which you can take to a legal advisor for advice between your Family Mediation meetings.
  There may also be a charge of £100 plus VAT (£120) per hour per person for preparation work in financial matters.
  If an agreement is reached there will be an additional charge each for the preparation of a Memorandum of Understanding, £120 plus VAT for children issues only, £150 plus VAT for financial issues and £150 plus VAT for all issues ie children and finances.

• Voice of the Child Mediation – costs to be discussed at initial individual assessment
