Dan has been with Campions since 2002 and is a Director.   Dan is a family solicitor specialising in high value assets.  Dan is a trained Resolution collaborative lawyer.  Dan’s specialist areas include:

• Unmarried couples in property disputes
• Separation matters of unmarried couples
• Civil partnerships
• Same sex relationship disputes
• Separation agreements and cohabitation agreements
• Children matters.

Dan is also a Family Mediator.  Dan is a Law Society Accredited Mediator dealing with all areas of family including separation, finance and children.   Dan is also qualified to undertake direct consultation with children in mediation.  Dan is a professional practice consultant for mediators. Dan is our mediation supervisor.
